Is the item I want to purchase available?

All items on our website are in stock. When an item is out of stock, it is automatically hidden and cannot be added to the cart.

What are my shipping options? How long does it take to ship?

Shipping is free for all orders placed in the United States; delivery time is 4 to 7 business days via FedEx.

My toy car order says it's delivered, but I haven't received it.

We recommend checking with your family, neighbors, caretaker (if you live in an apartment), or the carrier. If you still haven't received your package and can't locate it, please contact us and we'll help you retrieve your item!
